Safety and Health Policy

We value harmony among people and place top priority on safety, health, and legal compliance in all our business activities. We follow fundamental practices and continuously improve our efforts to create a safe, comfortable workplace and support the physical and mental well-being of our employees.

KAZU Technica Co., Ltd. adopts as its fundamental philosophy the contribution to global environmental conservation by developing technologies and products that support environmental protection through the development, design, and manufacturing of information and communication equipment, as well as through its infrastructure business.

Environmental Policy

As a company engaged in the development, design, and manufacturing of information and communication equipment, as well as infrastructure-related operations, we recognize that environmental conservation is one of the key challenges in ensuring the long-term development and sustainability of humanity and all forms of life, including animals and plants. Based on this recognition, we establish the following environmental policy.
  1. We promote environmental initiatives in our business activities, including reducing environmental impact and preventing pollution.
  2. We strive to reduce CO2 emissions as we work toward achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
  3. We promote reduce, reuse, and recycle practices and work to reduce the amount of waste we generate
  4. We promote the adoption of renewable energy.
  5. We promote the transition to LED lighting and the replacement of air-conditioning systems, and we work to reduce overall electricity consumption.”

Basic Policy on Information Security

To maintain the trust of our customers and society, we recognize that properly managing both the information assets entrusted to us by customers and business partners, as well as our own information assets, is one of our highest priorities. Accordingly, we establish this Basic Information Security Policy, implement it, and strive for continuous improvement.
  1. We comply with laws and government guidelines related to information security, as well as customer requirements.”

  3. We will establish and implement information security regulations that define the specific rules and standards to be observed by all relevant personnel.

Basic Policy for Eliminating Antisocial Forces

In order to maintain social order and ensure public safety, our company has established the following “Basic Policy for Eliminating Antisocial Forces” and will strictly adhere to this policy in all relevant actions.
  1. We will respond to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces through a unified, organization-wide approach.
  2. We will maintain close cooperation with external expert organizations, including the police, the Center for the Elimination of Organized Crime Groups, and legal advisors, to prepare for unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
  3. We will sever all ties with antisocial forces, including any business relationships, and will not comply with any unreasonable demands made by such groups.
  4. We will take legal action, both civil and criminal, in response to any unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces.
  5. Even if unreasonable demands from antisocial forces are made on the basis of any misconduct by our company, we will never engage in any improper transactions intended to conceal such facts.
  6. We will never provide any financial support to antisocial forces.

Basic CSR Policy
