In Japan as well, economic disparities exist, with one in six children unable to receive sufficient meals. Since our founding 25 years ago, we have worked to maintain stable operations and protect employment so as not to contribute to widening these disparities.<br>\r\nWith regard to international issues, we contribute to their resolution by donating to humanitarian organizations such as UNHCR (the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees).\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<div class=\"w-100 has-animation animation-ltr\" data-delay=\"5\">\r\n<div class=\"row row-cols-4 row-cols-md-4 g-2\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/kazu\/images\/about_us\/sdgs\/image01.svg\" class=\"d-block\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/kazu\/images\/about_us\/sdgs\/image02.svg\" class=\"d-block\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/kazu\/images\/about_us\/sdgs\/image06.svg\" class=\"d-block\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<section class=\"mb-5\">\r\n<div>\r\n<h2 class=\"mb-3\"><div><div class=\"section__title--jp has-animation animation-ltr\" data-delay=\"5\"><p class=\"fs-2\">safety needs<\/p><\/div><\/div><div><div class=\"section__title--jp has-animation animation-ltr\" data-delay=\"10\"><p class=\"fs-5\">Avoid getting injured, getting sick, and getting into dangerous situations<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"row row-cols-1 row-cols-md-2 g-4\">\r\n<div>\r\n<div class=\"has-animation fade-up\">\r\nGlobal warming is an urgent issue that threatens human life. Our company has actively participated in the construction of solar power plants. We will continue these efforts while also working on the development of other renewable energy facilities, including wind power generation.\r\n<br>\r\nIn addition, we are promoting reductions in electricity consumption through the installation of energy-saving equipment such as LED lighting, as well as reductions in gasoline usage through the introduction of eco-friendly vehicles.\r\n<br>\r\nWith regard to health, we aim to reduce the number of smokers, taking into consideration the impact on those around them.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<div class=\"w-100 has-animation animation-ltr\" data-delay=\"5\">\r\n<div class=\"row row-cols-4 row-cols-md-4 g-2\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/kazu\/images\/about_us\/sdgs\/image03.svg\" class=\"d-block\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/kazu\/images\/about_us\/sdgs\/image11.svg\" class=\"d-block\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp\/wp-content\/themes\/kazu\/images\/about_us\/sdgs\/image13.svg\" class=\"d-block\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<section class=\"mb-5\">\r\n<div>\r\n<h2 class=\"mb-3\"><div><div class=\"section__title--jp has-animation animation-ltr\" data-delay=\"5\"><p class=\"fs-2\">Social needs<\/p><\/div><\/div><div><div class=\"section__title--jp has-animation animation-ltr\" data-delay=\"10\"><p class=\"fs-5\">Desire to belong to a group, desire for equality, and desire for a healthy and fair work environment<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"row row-cols-1 row-cols-md-2 g-4\">\r\n<div>\r\n<div class=\"mb-3 has-animation fade-up\">\r\nAlthough equality is largely a political issue, there is still room for companies to be involved.\r\n<br>\r\nThe Kazu Technica Group has upheld gender equality as a basic principle, employed foreign workers, and valued its employees. Moving forward, we will proactively support women and work to create a supportive work environment while fostering female managerial talent\r\n<br>\r\nWe will also work to create new businesses that provide meaningful and fulfilling work opportunities. Going forward, we will provide high-quality training equally to both men and women, while also promoting company-wide education to enhance employees\u2019 awareness and professionalism toward their work. These efforts cannot be accomplished by a single company alone, and we will therefore work in collaboration with organizations that actively support the SDGs.\u201d\r\n<br>\r\nWe promote the adoption of self-regulating heating cables with innovative technology (PTC ceramics) for snow-melting and freeze-prevention applications.
